What is Community Connection?
A week-long service program for high school students focusing on Catholic Social Teachings. Teens will serve those in need, build and expand their leadership skills and incorporate their experiences into prayer. There is no better way to learn about the true reason to serve others then to put words into action and to live out the Catholic faith! The theme for 2015 will focus on the parable of the Sower and the Seed. We will incorporate this into our study on Catholic Social Teaching as well as the Corporal Works of Mercy.
Who can participate?
Community Connection is open to all students entering 10th – 12th grades for the 2015-2016 school year. Students with the class of 2015 are also welcome to join us. There are 10 spaces available.
