World Meeting of Families 2015

Volunteer Opportunities

 

With the Holy Father’s visit this coming September to Philadelphia in celebration for the World Meeting of Families we wanted to let you know of the many volunteer opportunities that have been offered by the Arch-Diocese of Philadelphia-World of Families.  Some of those opportunities are to assist as coordinators, event greeters, volunteer captains, guest services associates, language services, hosting visitors-hosting families, etc.  If you are interested please see the link below to the website the Arch-Diocese of Philadelphia has created.

The Church of the Holy Family has also been preparing for the Holy Father’s visit.  We are praying the Holy Family Prayer at each Sunday mass.  We have already had three presentations by Fr. John preparing us for the visit, with one more to go in September.  We are also planning events around the Papal mass on Sunday Sept. 26th, please stay tuned further information.
